David Inlow David has worked for Inlow Designs since High School,
and graduated from Watchmaking School in 1982. After 10 years of
watchmaking, he began to focus entirely on jewelry repair and custom
designs. However, his years as a watchmaker have helped him understand
the practical "wearability" of the jewelry he and his family design.
He has distinguished himself among his colleagues in the jewelry
industry by winning 3 major awards in the past for years at the
Wisconsin Jewelry Design Competition, held each year at the Midwest
Jewelry Show.

Richard "Dick" Inlow Dick was born to be a jeweler, and all of his
training and work experiences made him the craftsman he is today. As a
boy growing up in North Minneapolis, his grandfather, an artist,
critiqued his drawings. His father, meanwhile, nurtured his mechanical
skills by giving him an erector set and other toys to build with.
After a stint in the Air Force, Dick took math classes at the
University of Minnesota and then went to watchmaking school. He also
attended the Gemological Institute of America in California. In all, he
has about 9,000 hours of artistic and technical training.
He worked as an apprentice to a jeweler in New Prague, Minn., and
after working at Honeywell as an engineer (including devices used
in the Apollo space capsule), he and his wife Irene opened the shop in
Hudson back in 1970. His skills have been perfected by over 50 enjoyable
years of practicing his trade. He has won design awards in statewide
contests, competing with gaining the respect of his peers, and adding
many satisfied customers. Through the years, he has won numerous awards
from the Minnesota Jewelers Association, the Wisconsin Jewelers
Association and the American Pearl Co. for his work.
